Description
We are hiring a high-impact Product Marketing Manager to drive reference design wins and convert them into revenue growth in the data center and communications markets. This role reports directly to the Product Line and works closely with Product Line, Applications Engineering, and Sales teams across North America and APAC (China, Taiwan, India, Japan, and Korea) to win strategic platforms through key partners.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive reference design wins with strategic partners; secure design-in for next-generation platforms
- Influence partner architectures and roadmaps early to position our timing solutions ahead of competitors
- Develop and deliver optimized clock tree proposals that address partner and application-specific requirements, ensuring competitive and system-level differentiation
- Work hand-in-hand with Product Line Marketing and Applications Engineering teams in North America and APAC to align technical solutions with market needs and accelerate design wins
- Convert design wins into revenue through strong execution with Sales and customers
- Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities across APAC (China, Taiwan, India, Japan, Korea)
- Support regional Sales teams to win competitive sockets and expand market share
- Lead product and technical training for Sales and FAE teams to strengthen field execution
- Translate customer requirements into new product opportunities with strong ROI and clear business case
- Conduct monthly opportunity and funnel reviews with Product Line and Sales teams
- Make timely, independent pricing decisions aligned with business objectives
- Serve as the key bridge between customers, partners, Sales, Product Line Marketing and Applications Engineering teams
- Drive execution with strong ownership—commit, deliver, and follow through
- Effectively position and sell the existing product portfolio in competitive environments
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required (BSEE, BBA, or equivalent); MSEE/MBA preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
- Strong understanding of IC markets; experience with timing or signal chain products preferred
- FAE or Applications Engineering experience is a plus
- Ability to operate at both technical and business levels, including system-level solution development (e.g., clock tree architecture)
- Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams (NA + APAC)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong business judgment, including pricing and deal strategy
