This position is remote, but candidates MUST live in the following states: TN, GA, AL, KYSummary: Appraisal Support Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the Appraisal Desk activities to include but not limited to management of appraisal orders and transfers, panel management, AMC management and payment of invoices.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily review of pipeline orders to maintain accepted & cancelled orders in a timely manner. Includes a review of AIF notifications, as well as, e-mail requests from appraiser, processors or lenders for specific items, i.e. revision requests, fee revision, etc.
Use of Appraisal Management Company (AMC), appraisal assignment, upload, notification and payment
Arbitration of value disputes
Manage panel of appraisers to include adding, deleting & annual review of all appraisers for compliance to appraiser eligibility requirements
Working knowledge of appraisal transfer process
Use of Ascend as it relates to invoice submission & payment.
