Schréder, leading independent smart lighting solution provider worldwide
As a Graduate Lighting Project Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our Signature Projects by contributing to both the creative and technical development of tailored solutions. Working closely with Project Managers, you will assist in meeting customer needs and supporting the commercial sales team to help drive growth within the segment.
As well as supporting, you will also take ownership of selected projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
This is an early‑career role designed to provide strong development opportunities, offering hands‑on experience, technical growth, and pathways for progression.
Main responsibilities within the job:
Knowledge and Skills:
Degree in project design or industrial design
Ideally have experience supporting sales teams and customers
Product and/or Lighting Design experience would be advantageous
Software:
Advantageous:
Face-to-face meetings with all stakeholders on site and at customers premises.
Dynamic Team player
Able to travel to various locations across the UK. Driving license is preferable.
Must be versatile, agile, willing to learn (including the above software as needed) and develop to support the business as it evolves.
