Job Description
- Operation (patching and system updates) and monitoring of various ECM systems (Windows & Linux), as well as conducting root cause analysis in 2nd-level support (no 1st-level support)
- Maintenance of interfaces, automations, and integrations (e.g. REST APIs, scripting – including Groovy, Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Working with relational databases and further developing expertise in PostgreSQL and MS SQL
- Creation and maintenance of specifications, system documentation, and operational guidelines in accordance with ITSM standards (ITIL)
Qualifications
- Completed IT education (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) or equivalent several years of professional experience in system administration or platform operations
- Strong technical affinity and in-depth understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, automations, and hybrid technologies (on-prem and cloud)
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, along with a strong willingness for continuous professional development
- Openness to new technologies and AI-assisted ways of working

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
