Your mission:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide’s IT strategy.
Your tasks:
- Own end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications.
- Lead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, go-live, and support
- Ensure high-quality delivery through impact analysis, release planning, and alignment with business processes
- Maintain stable operations via proactive monitoring, coordinated releases, and 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management.
- Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
- Drive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning
What we are looking for:
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms
- Strong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database
- Experience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language

- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
