Entry Level Lab Technician

Shift: 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am

 

 

Additional Job Details

• Conduct performance and safety testing according to laboratory test standards and customer methods.
• Collect, review, and analyze lab data, resolving any issues before submitting for review.
• Identify problems concerning equipment, process, materials, safety, etc. and consult with supervisor relative to suggested resolution.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, fractions, percentages and decimals.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a group or work unsupervised.
• Ability and ambition to help create a clean and safe laboratory work environment.

• Measure candle emissions using an electronic Densitometer and perform mathematical calculations for analysis and reporting

0 to 2 years

Education Level Required

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), technical school or college training a plus

Additional Abilities Valuable for Success

Previous experience requiring data collection, reporting, and results analysis a plus.
