ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are seeking an experienced Retail Go to Market leader to drive the strategic and technical success of Ingenico's solutions across the region. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to provide deep technical expertise, strategic guidance, and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Service, Quality Assurance, and Software Development. You will play a critical part in gathering and analyzing functional, technical, and business requirements, ensuring that Ingenico’s offerings are implemented efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will guide clients through the full lifecycle from initial engagement through to post-sales success.
This senior position requires the ability to lead technical discussions and drive sales activities independently at client sites, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and deep technical workshops. You will also take a leading role in crafting and delivering high-impact solutions that address both business and technical challenges for our enterprise-level clients.
