Internet Sales Consultant

We’re growing our team at our Mazda dealership in Irving and looking for a driven Internet Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. If you’re motivated by leads, love connecting with customers online, and can turn conversations into showroom appointments and sales, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to internet leads, texts, chats, and inbound calls in a timely, professional manner
• Build rapport with customers from first contact through delivery
• Match customers with the right Mazda vehicles based on their needs and budget
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads through the buying process
• Partner with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in automotive sales, BDC, retail sales, or customer service preferred
• Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Proven track record with automotive retail sales
• Comfortable working internet leads and fast-paced response times
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
