We are seeking an experienced and motivated Subaru Mainline Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall experience!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
- Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures efficiently
- Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs with service advisors
- Maintain productivity and efficiency standards while ensuring quality workmanship
- Stay up to date on Subaru training, certifications, and technical service bulletins
What You’ll Need:
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience at an Automotive School or Program
- Automotive 609 Certificate a plus
- Prior dealership experience a plus
