Key Accountabilities:
• Lead and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy to drive revenue across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Spa through direct and third-party channels.
• Elevate the brand’s digital presence across Peninsula.com, OTAs, and CRM communications, optimising the end-to-end guest journey.
• Drive performance marketing across paid search, metasearch, display, and social channels, ensuring strong ROI through data-driven optimisation.
• Partner with Revenue Management to align on pricing, distribution, and demand generation strategies.
• Deliver impactful local digital campaigns to strengthen positioning as a premier dining and lifestyle destination.
• Monitor, analyse, and present performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage digital budgets with discipline, ensuring transparency and measurable results.
• Lead innovation across digital platforms, CRM, and guest-facing technologies.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
• Proven expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and revenue optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, analytics tools, and marketing technologies.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
