This role is responsible for overseeing the setup and close-out of electronic trial master files, clinical trial management systems, conducting audits, coordinating shipments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring program deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

What You'll Do:
Manage project setup, execution, and close-out per WEP Clinical SOPs and policies.
Oversee day-to-day project operations in compliance with contracts, laws, and regulations.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines (e.g., MS Project).
Serve as the primary client contact for project deliverables and concerns.
Provide cross-functional oversight, including monitoring, site management, data management, and regulatory activities.
Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks proactively.
Maintain shared project documents, eTMF, and CTMS systems.
Coordinate and lead internal and external meetings and teleconferences.
Manage vendor deliverables, site payments, and project budget.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on investigations, CAPAs, and audits.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree (in a health or science field preferred)
3-6 years’ experience in project management or clinical research, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and expertise
Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
