About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator - International Logistics to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team on a 12 month parental leave contract. In this role, you will support the group’s inbound international freight functions by coordinating communication between internal business departments, external suppliers, and logistics service providers. You will play a key role in maintaining shipment reporting, purchase order accuracy, and operational data across systems. Key Responsibilities • Support the day-to-day operations of international inbound logistics functions while maintaining an understanding of current logistics practices and industry trends • Build and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders and service providers, ensuring reporting requirements are met and issues are addressed promptly • Manage purchase order uploads between the AP21 ERP system and Yeeorder portal, working closely with the Yeeorder control tower team to resolve discrepancies and errors • Maintain accurate purchase order and shipment information within the AP21 ERP system using freight forwarder reporting and internal reporting tools • Monitor international inbound shipment progress through Yeeorder and AP21 reporting tools to ensure suppliers and freight partners are meeting KPIs • Maintain and distribute inbound schedules and goods in transit reporting using Excel • Assist with reviewing and resolving shipment variances, including coordinating supplier credits where required • Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries and escalate issues when necessary • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting functions and operational processes About You To succeed in this role, you will have: • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong computer literacy skills • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capability • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with Apparel 21 ERP systems is highly regarded • An interest in international logistics trends and supply chain operations Relevant Systems • Apparel 21 ERP • Yeeorder Portal • Microsoft Excel Why Join Us?
