We are looking for a new team member to join our Quality team as a Document Control & Quality Operations Support at onsemi in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm.
This position focuses on administrative and coordination support in the area of document control and related quality processes. As part of organizational changes, the role includes a broader supportive scope within day-to-day quality operations.
You will work closely with the Quality Manager and support the daily execution of quality-related activities at the site.
- Administrative support of quality documentation and records
- Coordination of document flow and support of archiving processes
- Preparation of inputs for KPI reporting
- Organizational support for customer visits and audits
- Communication with internal teams and corporate quality
- Coordination with external service providers (e.g. calibration)
- Tracking deadlines and providing administrative support for related activities
- General support of the Quality team based on manager instructions
- Secondary school or university degree
- Experience in administration, documentation, coordination or quality is an advantage
- English at intermediate level (min. B1)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
