We are looking for a driven BI Developer for our Nordic Business Intelligence department, collaborating closely with fellow data engineers and BI developers across Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and maintaining robust, reports and dashboard that enable high‑quality analytics across the Nordics Region.
Beyond translating business needs into reliable reporting solutions, you will proactively shape our reporting landscape—suggesting and implementing improvements to existing reporting solutions, data quality, and automation. You will use your expertise in SQL, BI principles to deliver well‑structured and storytelling reports.
You will be in close contact with Operations and Customer Delivery teams to deliver reports and dashboards to key clients and internal stakeholders with focus on data quality, timely delivery and best in class visualisations and analytical capabilities.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience within Business Intelligence and / or Data Management as a BI Developer or Data Engineer or Business Process Manager for Data.
Excellent SQL Skills
Solid Experience working with BI Tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau or similar)
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, including leading requirement gathering and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
Proactive problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn and passionate about technology
Excellent English skills both orally and in writing, as well as profound communication skills across organizational levels and cultures.
Industry knowledge will be an advantage but it is not mandatory.
