Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
Drive execution of kickoff calls, technical scoping sessions, solution utilization, and integrations
Define and lead outcome-driven onboarding strategies for enterprise cybersecurity clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, security engineers, product, support) and external client stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth hand-offs.
Diagnose and resolve onboarding roadblocks—technical, process-related, or organizational.
Develop and deliver focused workshops on platform use cases and best practices to key client teams.
On-site visits to the client, to support with the onboarding process.
Create and maintain onboarding materials: slides, project plans, status reports, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Identify risks and opportunities during onboarding, escalating as needed and proposing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years in cybersecurity, SecOps, threat intelligence, technical consulting, or related fields.
