JN Bank is seeking a highly organized and service-driven professional to join its Group People and Culture team as People and Culture Services Supervisor . This role is responsible for coordinating HR services, supporting HR operations and reporting, managing employee records, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality people services across the organization. The successful candidate will also support the HR Business Partner in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
HR Service Coordination · Coordinate recruitment, transfers, and employee movements · Support compensation and benefits processes · Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS records · Monitor HR service requests and ensure timely completion in line with SLAs · Provide ongoing support to the HR Business Partner and assigned units Reporting & Administrative Support · Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation · Track activities, issues, and project updates · Act as a liaison across departments to support effective communication · Assist with organizational chart updates and internal communications · Support coordination with internal and external stakeholders Customer Service & Employee Support · Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner · Track and resolve HR-related issues · Support initiatives aimed at improving service delivery Records Management & Compliance · Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems · Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of HR correspondence · Support internal and external audits through document retrievalRequired Qualifications & Experience
· First degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field · Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a human resources or customer service environment · Experience working within a service-oriented organization would be an asset · Strong working knowledge of HR processes and administrative systems · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Key Competencies
