Position Overview:
The Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's finance, accounting, and taxation functions to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial control, and healthy cash flow management. This position supports business sustainability and strategic decision-making by providing reliable financial insights, maintaining strong governance practices, and optimizing financial and tax performance in alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Lead and oversee the overall finance, accounting, and taxation functions of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor company cash flow, liquidity, and financial position.
- Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and performance insights for management decision-making.
- Accounting Operations
- Supervise daily accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Maintain proper internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Tax Management
- Ensure accurate and timely calculation, reporting, and payment of all corporate taxes.
- Manage monthly and annual tax filings including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.

Monitor compliance with prevailing tax regulations and updates.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, supervise, and develop finance, accounting, and tax team members.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the department.
- Business Support
- Support management with financial feasibility analysis and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with operational and commercial departments to improve financial performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting major.
- Minimum 7-10 year of experience in Finance, Accounting and Tax and minimum 3 years in Managerial position.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong knowledge of taxation regulations and compliance.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya.
