Talent Acquisition Coordinator Location: Kengeri, Bangalore
Role Purpose:
To co-lead an efficient, high-volume, and process-driven talent acquisition vertical within the People function at Quest Alliance by executing targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely candidate screening, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and enabling smooth end-to-end hiring operations in alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver SLA-Driven Hiring Operations
Execute end-to-end recruitment operations against defined hiring SLAs and timelines.
Manage candidate workflows through Zoho Recruit ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation across all hiring stages.
Coordinate interview scheduling, panel alignment, and hiring progression using G Suite tools (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
Maintain timely closure of candidate communication and interview feedback loops.
2. Manage High-Volume Recruitment Coordination
Support high-volume hiring operations across multiple concurrent roles and programs.
Manage interview logistics and stakeholder calendars across an annual recruitment cycle engaging 20,000+ applicants and ~120+ hires.
Ensure seamless candidate experience through structured communication, scheduling accuracy, and process responsiveness.
Track hiring progress and escalate bottlenecks impacting closure timelines.
3. Drive Recruitment Campaigns and Pipeline Building
Execute weekly hiring campaigns across internal and external platforms using approved templates and brand guidelines.
Publish and maintain job postings across hiring channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Support talent sourcing and pipeline building using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and Naukri ResDex
Contribute to employer branding and hiring visibility initiatives.
4. Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration and Process Improvement
Partner with People Ops, L&D verticals and collaborate with other Functions and Programs to support Talent ops.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, policy recommendations, and process improvements.
Identify operational inefficiencies and support implementation of scalable recruitment practices.
5. Ensure Process Compliance and Data Governance
Maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and hiring records in alignment with organizational policies and audit requirements.
Ensure adherence to Quest Alliance hiring processes, communication standards, and data management protocols.
Support reporting and hiring analytics through accurate and timely data management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or talent acquisition operations.
Demonstrated ability to close multiple entry-level roles with swiftness and strong process alignment.
Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit or a comparable ATS.
Strong operational proficiency in G Suite tools, especially Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume workflows with accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Salary:
The pay band for the position is Rs. 60,000 - 65,000/- per month (cost to company) ( The salary offered will be commensurate with the experience and expertise of the candidate)
