JD Process: Trade Venue Administration (TVA) Position: Analyst Responsibilities: • Manage the RPM (Request Procurement Management) tool to receive and process the requests for the addition of new access, deletion of existing access, and transfers of user permissions. • Set up and update contracts and trading venues in the MDM (Master Data Management) tool, ensuring accurate and efficient data management. • Manage exchange and terminal access through vendor portals as an administrator, providing, removing, or transferring access rights, ensuring timely provisioning, modification, and revocation of access. • Perform user access reconciliations and audits to ensure that users who no longer require access are deactivated, helping to minimize costs and maintain security. • Set up and deactivate trader profiles on various trading platforms, including Bloomberg MTF, XETRA (Deutsche Börse), Refinitiv FX, and others, by managing user access, creating profiles, and deleting or transferring them through trade venue admin portals. • Conduct invoice reconciliation to ensure correctness and resolve discrepancies. • Generate detailed cost analysis reports to track and assess operational expenses.
