🎬 About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build a global film & crew marketplace from scratch.

This is a true 0-to-1 product:

• No existing codebase

• No predefined architecture

• You will help shape the foundation

You’ll work in a small, high-impact team with strong ownership and autonomy.

🛠️ What You’ll Build

• A global film crew marketplace

• Real-time “on-set” coordination features

• AI-powered features using generative models

• Full-stack development:

  • Frontend: React

  • Backend: Node.js

  • Database: MongoDB

• Platform integrations

• Your own experiments (you define and ship them)

⚡ Your First 30 Days

• Week 1: Ship something valuable

• Weeks 2–4: Own a product area

• Months 2–3: Scale impact and contribute to launch

• React

• Tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience

• Recent full-stack experience in production systems

• Proven experience shipping AI-integrated features

• Strong skills in React, Node.js, MongoDB

• Experience working with third-party APIs

• Daily use of AI-assisted dev tools

• Advanced conversational English, technical level

• Professional English communication

• Availability in PST hours

⭐ Nice to Have

• Marketplace or ecommerce experience

• Generative LLMs Video and Image experience

• Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar

• Ability to travel occasionally
