About the role
As a Campaign Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end execution of large-scale e-commerce promotional campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to optimize resource efficiency and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Process Optimization
- Own the development and iteration of resource management frameworks for promotional periods, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to monitor resource allocation and ensure seamless launch of all marketing resources.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Lead resource configuration and pre-launch testing in accordance with campaign management systems, coordinating cross-functional team communications, executing system operations, and mitigating risks to ensure stable and on-schedule campaign resources launch.
Marketing Strategy & Creativity
- Contribute to the planning of diverse marketing mechanics, participate in creative brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive campaign gamification plans and data-driven post-campaign reviews.
