As an Individual Contributor, this role supports business owners and entrepreneurs through business succession and transition planning activities as part of a broader wealth team. The role contributes to intake, exit readiness assessments, planning coordination and partners with internal teams to help advance client engagement and execution across planning stages.
Advisor Family Business & Entrepreneurs
Client Engagement: Engages in consultative discussions with business owners to understand objectives, business considerations, and transition goals. Helps guide conversations toward defined planning pathways and roadmaps.
Exit Readiness Analysis: Contributes to personal and business exit readiness assessments by gathering, organizing, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs. Assists in identifying themes, action items, and decision considerations.
Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinates with internal partners including commercial banking, wealth planning, trust or estate resources, and valuation specialists. Supports alignment on process steps, timing, and deliverables.
Client Materials and Communication: Prepares client‑ready summaries, recommendations, and materials that support informed discussion and progress. Participates in meetings to support clarity, follow‑through, and documentation.
Practice and Program Support: Contributes to tools, processes, and best practices that support consistent advisory delivery. Builds role‑related capability through ongoing learning and development.
Event Planning and Activation: Supports planning and activation of client‑facing events by coordinating logistics, managing invitations or responses, and preparing materials in partnership with Marketing and business teams.
Senior Advisor Family Business & Entrepreneurs
Advisory Engagement: Leads consultative discussions with business owners to clarify objectives, business realities, personal financial readiness, and transition preferences. Directs conversations toward actionable planning pathways aligned with client priorities and shares a clear roadmap overview.
Exit Readiness Assessment and Planning: Leads personal and business exit readiness assessments by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into themes, action items, and decision points. Shapes recommended next steps for succession and transition planning.
Cross‑Functional Orchestration: Directs coordination across internal partners including commercial banking, wealth strategy and planning, trust or estate resources, and valuation specialists. Aligns stakeholders on roles, timing, and expectations while maintaining execution momentum across workstreams.
Client Communication and Decision Support: Develops client‑ready recommendations, summaries, and materials that support informed decision‑making. Facilitates meetings and discussions to ensure shared understanding and sustained progress.
Practice Enhancement and Capability Building: Contributes to the development and consistent use of tools, approaches, and best practices that strengthen advisory delivery for businessowner clients. Advances subject‑matter expertise through structured professional development.
Event Planning and Activation: Leads or oversees planning and activation of client‑facing events in support of advisory objectives. Coordinates with Marketing and internal partners to ensure effective execution, alignment, and meaningful client engagement.
Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
