Birmingham City Council is transforming how we deliver affordable homes at scale, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Applications and Allocations Manager to play a pivotal role within our expanding Acquisitions and Regeneration programmes.
Our programmes include innovative acquisition models, complex regeneration schemes and a mix of housing solutions — from Temporary Accommodation to General Needs housing — all requiring flexible, creative and outcome-focused approaches to allocations.
