About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager
Curoflow’s customers are our best salespeople. Clinic owners who love our platform are more persuasive than any ad campaign. The problem is that no one is systematically turning that love into a growth engine. That is your job.
As Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager, you will build and run the programmes that turn satisfied customers into active advocates: case studies, testimonials, referral programmes, community building, review generation, and customer events. You will be the bridge between our Customer Success team and our marketing engine, also working with our partner and country managers.
This role is critical to all three of our growth channels. Inbound marketing needs customer stories. Partnerships need social proof. Self-service needs reviews and ratings. You feed all three.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Build the customer advocacy programme from scratch: identify advocates, create a referral framework, and launch the first customer stories
• Produce 10+ customer case studies across multiple markets — written, video, and social-ready formats
• Launch a customer referral programme that incentivises clinics to recommend Curoflow to peers
• Build a review generation engine: get Curoflow rated and reviewed on platforms that healthcare buyers use (G2, Capterra, local directories)
• Create customer marketing content: newsletters, product update announcements, webinars, and community events
• Work with CS to identify and nurture the best customer advocates — the clinic owners who will speak at events, join reference calls, and champion Curoflow publicly
• Create, organize and manage customer and prospect events, both digitally and on site
• Ad-hoc marketing and sales efforts depending on organizational need
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Build a customer community platform or programme where clinic owners connect, share best practices, and champion Curoflow organically
• Scale advocacy across new markets as new markets and clinics come online
• Support the self-service launch with social proof: reviews, ratings, and testimonials visible in the signup flow
• Develop customer marketing campaigns that drive expansion revenue (upsell, cross-sell) within the existing base
Who You Are
• 2–4 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or community management in a SaaS or B2B company
• Proven track record of building customer advocacy programmes that generated measurable results (referrals, reviews, case studies)
• Excellent storyteller: you can turn a 30-minute customer interview into a compelling case study, a social media post, and a sales one-pager
• Relationship builder: people genuinely enjoy working and being with you
• Comfortable with both content creation and programme operations — you write the case study AND set up the referral tracking
• Excellent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus
Preferably
• Background in healthtech or healthcare SaaS — you understand the clinical mindset and how to tell stories that resonate with healthcare professionals
• Experience with community platforms
• Video/audio production skills or experience managing video/audio content creation
Why This Role Matters
The best marketing in healthcare is a trusted peer saying “This is what I use.” You are the person who makes sure that happens — systematically, at scale, across every market we enter.
What We Offer
• Direct involvement in shaping how Curoflow scales across Europe
• The rare opportunity to join a company at its most pivotal moment, where your work has outsized impact
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, reflecting the strategic importance of every hire we make
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–November 2026
