In this role, you’ll not only shape your own career but also play a key role in defining the culture, ways of working, and success of this new team from day one.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be part of a newly formed team in our Malmö sales organisation, focusing on acquiring new SME customers (1–10 employees). In short, you will own the entire sales journey – from prospecting to signed agreement.
You’ll work in a structured, data-driven way to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and create long-term value across different customer needs and complexity levels.
In parallel, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to build strong team spirit, share learnings, and help shape a high-performance culture from day one.
In your day-to-day, you will:
• Identify and qualify potential customers within your target segment
• Reach out to decision makers through calls and digital channels
• Drive, and progressively take full ownership of, the entire sales process – from first contact to signed contract
• Use modern CRM tools (we use HubSpot) for follow-up, prioritisation, and analysis
• Deliver value-based sales conversations that solve real customer challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers and demonstrating best practices
You’ll be selling one of the most competitive communication platforms in the telecom market, helping businesses simplify how they communicate and collaborate every day.
You enjoy creating new opportunities and building relationships from the very first conversation. You bring energy into what you do, take initiative, and are motivated by making an impact and seeing results.
You’re curious, driven, and excited by the idea of joining a brand new team where everyone contributes, supports each other, and builds something meaningful together from scratch.
You might have some experience in outbound sales or business development, or you’re early in your career and ready to step into a role where you can grow quickly.

Key skills and experience:
• Some experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Experience or confidence in proactively contacting and engaging potential customers
• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience working with CRM systems in a structured and data-driven way, HubSpot is a plus
Good to have skills
• Experience within Telecom, SaaS, or IT
• Experience selling solutions to SME organizations
