RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for in-house developed applications, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the enhancement request backlog for existing solutions, working with stakeholders to clarify requirements and implement small-to-medium changes.
- Develop, maintain, and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using UiPath or Power Automate.
- Design and build applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Take the lead on creating and updating technical specifications, user guides, and support runbooks for all existing applications.
- Provide surge support to the core development team during high-priority project deadlines,
- Assisting with tasks such as quality assurance (QA) testing, documentation, and development of well-defined software components.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years in an application support, business systems analyst, or development role.
- Power Platform: Proven hands-on experience developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- RPA: Demonstrable experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath preferred, Power Automate acceptable).
- Database Skills: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding relational database concepts.
- Foundational Development Knowledge: Demonstrable experience reading and debugging code in a modern programming language (e.g., Python, C#, or JavaScript) and a solid understanding of REST APIs.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal English communication.
