About the role
As the Technical Support Team Lead you will lead a team of Technical Support Engineers that operates as the first escalation point for support matters relating to end users and the technology they interact with, where the resolution is expected to be achieved remotely.
This leadership role is a critical position that manages the people who are responsible for support matters that are escalated from our first line of support (Service Desk Analysts) and that may then escalate to our customers’ technical leads (Trusted Advisors). The function of this team includes charging for the work done and that seeks to solve the significant majority of support matters passed its way.
