Graduate Assistant - CON Dean's Office

The graduate assistant will function as a resource to the clinical placement coordinator to assist with the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Data collection, data organization, database development.
2. Monitor graduate student clinical clearance.
3. Drafting correspondence.
4. Proof reading documents.
5. Communicate with students as needed regarding clinical clearance, preceptor or contract status.
6. Assist at College of Nursing events, including graduate Immersions (3), Conferral of Graduate Degrees and Doctoral Hooding Ceremony, and other CON events.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Skilled in use of software such as: Microsoft, Examsoft, Qualtrics, TEAMS, accurate data entry.
