About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Care & Services Manager to lead our Wattle Grove facility. This full‑time, Monday–Friday onsite role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Reporting to the Residential Aged Care Operations Manager, you will champion a culture of consumer‑centred care—ensuring every resident’s choice, needs, and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

 

What You’ll Lead

Your leadership will shape outcomes across four key areas:

• Quality & Compliance — Uphold aged care quality and safety standards
• People & Culture — Support residents, empower staff, and engage stakeholders
• Operational Performance — Drive efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement
• Financial Stewardship — Manage budgets and contribute to sustainable growth

 

About You

You are an inspiring leader who brings both heart and capability to your work. You know how to motivate teams, build trust, and deliver high‑quality care in a dynamic environment.

You will ideally bring:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a leadership role
• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Aged Care, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with continuous improvement frameworks
• A commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality of life for older Australians

Your commercial acumen, operational insight, and people‑first approach will help elevate the resident experience and support our ongoing growth.

 

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Australian working rights
• National Criminal History Check
• Pre‑employment medical assessment
