Drive Sales & Own the Market
•Take full ownership of your market's budget, revenue targets, and growth trajectory — driving sales across pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors, and healthcare professionals•Develop and execute sales and marketing plans that directly convert into results, including product launches, HCP engagement, and pharmacy promotions•Ensure Denk Pharma products are available, visible, and actively sold at the point of sale — identifying gaps and closing them fast•Grow revenue per account through cross-selling and upselling initiatives across the product portfolio•Monitor sales performance closely, spot deviations early, and adjust tactics swiftly to stay on trackBuild & Lead Your Team
•Lead a team of Sales and Medical Representatives and Supervisors with clear goals and a strong performance culture•Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable — recognizing top performers and addressing underperformance decisively•Serve as the bridge between Kenya and our Headquarter in Munich across all relevant functionsOpen Doors & Build Partnerships
•Build and maintain a strong distributor and wholesaler network with consistent stock levels•Regularly travel your market to deepen relationships with partners, pharmacies, doctors, and key opinion leadersShape Long-Term Growth
•Develop and implement multi-year growth strategies for Libya in close alignment with Munich•Identify opportunities and challenges early — and come with solutions, not just problems•Experienced: Minimum 10 years of demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector, with a strong track record of growing sales and market share
•Proven Sales & Product Launch Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and product launches, ideally of pharmaceutical products or food supplements in challenging environments and geographies similar to Libya
•Inspiring: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams while fostering a high-performance culture
•Business Acumen: Deep understanding of distributor management, pharmacy channels, and healthcare stakeholder dynamics — ideally across African or Middle Eastern markets
•Global: Experience working within or alongside multinational companies, navigating international structures and reporting lines
•Articulate: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English — additional languages are an advantage
