About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and develop a key operational site focused on the sale, rental, and service of material handling equipment.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial responsibility. You will drive business performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster a high-performing team culture while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Management & Business Performance

Implement and execute the business strategy at branch level

Hold full P&L responsibility for the site

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share

Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and policies

Represent the branch externally in the local market
Sales & Commercial Development

Actively engage in day-to-day business, including key account acquisition

Lead and develop sales activities within the assigned territory

Strategically manage the aftermarket and rental business

Identify growth opportunities and implement targeted actions
Customer Experience & Operational Excellence

Ensure a strong customer-centric approach across all functions

Drive customer satisfaction and service quality standards

Requirements
Education

Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Training with further specialization, or equivalent qualification
Experience

Several years of experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or in a comparable leadership role

Mandatory experience in material handling equipment or a related industry
