Deine Aufgaben:
- Coordinate the operational execution of multiple projects (RUN) across a defined multisite portfolio
- Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with SLAs, quality, safety (QHSE), and deadlines
- Act as the central operational coordinator between local field teams, support functions (QHSE, supply chain, finance, IT), and external partners
- Ensure strict application of the AEOLUS operating model, including planning by conditions, quality gates, and readiness checks
- Monitor project readiness (GO / NO GO) and ensure that all contractual, safety, and logistical conditions are fulfilled before execution
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively prepare solutions and necessary trade-offs
- Maintain structured coordination routines and ensure transparency of project status and deliverables
- Act as the operational contact for customers, ensuring clear, factual, and contractually aligned communication
- Secure all required documentation and evidence for invoicing and project delivery
- Ensure performance stability and contribute to a controlled, structured execution environment
Dein Profil:
- Proven experience in project coordination or operational coordination in complex environments
- Experience working with subcontractors and in contractual, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong methodological and organizational skills with a structured and analytical approach
- Ability to anticipate risks, enforce processes, and work within defined frameworks
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and attention to quality and safety (QHSE mindset)
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Strong communication skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in German (B2) and English (B2-C1) is mandatory
- Willingness to work in a high-intensity, operationally focused role with strong impact
