主要职责/ Key Responsibilities

The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for achieving quality consistency of new products within coating additives portfolio to meet customers’ application needs.

This role requires a blend of coating additives or relevant raw materials, or finished products production, quality control skills. Experience on customers interface job like technical service will be a good plus.

  

The ideal candidate will possess a full understanding of coating formulations, additive applications, with a creative approach to set-up and execution of standard operational process (SOP), proactive problem-solving, and the abilities to work collaboratively across functions including sales, supply chain and technical teams.

质量控制专员负责确保涂料助剂产品组合中新产品的质量一致性，以满足客户的应用需求。

该职位要求候选人兼具涂料助剂（或相关原材料、成品）的生产及质量控制技能。若具备技术服务等面向客户的接口工作经验，将视为一项重要加分项。

 

理想的候选人应全面掌握涂料配方及助剂应用知识；在标准操作规程（SOP）的制定与执行方面，应展现出富有创意的思维；此外，还需具备积极主动的问题解决能力，以及与销售、供应链、技术等跨职能团队协同工作的能力。

 

• Operate batch by batch QC tests based on SOPs, conduct data analysis and generate QC reports 依据标准操作规程（SOP）执行逐批次质量检测，开展数据分析并编制质量检测报告。 
• Generate sample management system including pre-shipment, retention and delivery, responsible for routine maintenance and managing sample records  建立并维护样品管理体系（涵盖发货前留样、留样保存及样品交付等环节），负责日常维护及样品记录的管理工作。
• Set-up raw materials QC process and manage tolling manufacturing QC process to meet business requirements  制定原材料质量检测流程，并管理委托加工制造过程中的质量控制流程，以满足业务需求。
• Responsible for QC system continuous improvement including SOPs, Gauge R&R calibration, testing methods and instruments maintenance 负责质量管理体系的持续改进工作，具体包括SOP的优化、测量系统分析（Gauge R&R）校准、检测方法的完善以及检测仪器的维护保养。 
• Provide executable insights on quality specification generation and adjustment based on customers’ application needs through collaborative working with sales and technical marketing team and understanding the customer real application situations 通过与销售及技术市场团队的紧密协作，并深入了解客户的实际应用场景，为质量规格的制定与调整提供切实可行的专业建议。
• Conduct quality case investigation with internal and external resources. Lead the troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues post-launch and handling the customer complaint cases协调内外部资源开展质量案例调查；牵头解决产品上市后的相关技术故障与质量问题，并负责处理客户投诉案例。
• Support relevant projects/tasks from TS/AD based on business needs 据业务需求，为技术服务（TS）及应用开发（AD）团队的相关项目与任务提供支持。

 

Experiences & Competency: 经验及能力要求

 

• Bachelor's degree for chemicals, polymer science, around 5-10 yrs technical experience on coatings, additives, or relevant industries拥有化学、高分子科学等相关专业的学士学位；具备约5-10年在涂料、助剂或相关行业的技术工作经验。
• Factory / manufacturing QC background - close to production, hands-on type, and will focus on lab work 具备工厂/制造领域的质量控制（QC）背景——工作需贴近生产一线，注重实操，且主要工作内容将聚焦于实验室相关事务。
• Prefer practical and real experiences on additives (dispersants, rheology, defoamer, levelling/surface agents) quality management or production, "get it done" people 优先考虑在助剂（如分散剂、流变助剂、消泡剂、流平剂/表面活性剂等）的质量管理或生产制造方面拥有丰富实战经验的人才；偏好那种“能把事情搞定”的实干型人才。
• Successful experiences for quality management construction such as ISO 9001 and certified six-sigma green to black belt will be good plus. 若具备成功的质量管理体系（如ISO 9001）建立经验，或已获得六西格玛（Six Sigma）绿带至黑带认证，将视为重要的加分项。
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions具备高效的沟通与人际交往能力，能够胜任跨职能部门的协作工作。
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis熟练掌握用于数据分析的相关软件与工具。
• Written English skill at least具备良好的英语书面表达能力。
