The Indirect Procurement Analyst acts as a vital link between understanding procurement needs and delivering data-driven insights and results. The purpose of this role is to source and purchase materials and services in support of local operations, evaluate vendor performance, drive business projects, and provide detailed analysis to improve costs, inventory, and service level.
Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase materials or services in support of business and local operations
Identify and execute opportunities to improve cost, service and internal processes
Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure they align with required technical and commercial specifications
Support rate management and resolve any invoicing issues with vendors including quantity, quality, service, and price
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery times, and best prices to maintain strong relationships
Gather data and prepare reports showing purchase orders, spend, and other aspects of production to provide cost-improvement recommendations
Execute procurement-related business projects and activities
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or material management is required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and cost reductions.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain strong stakeholder connections.
High level of adaptability and a curious mindset to identify process opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and maintain a focus on accuracy.
