The Spa Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth service flow, excellent guest experiences, and the achievement of operational targets in line with AYANA standards. This role supports team performance, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction while maintaining the hotel’s standards and wellness experience.
- Supervise and support day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service is efficient, courteous, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor beverage cost, inventory, and ordering processes to ensure profitability and stock availability.
- Assist in scheduling, staff training, performance reviews, and promoting a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement promotions, events, and beverage service enhancements.
- Handle guest interactions, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness programs, and guest service standards.
- Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and support revenue achievement through upselling and retail initiatives.
- Familiar with spa booking systems, operational reporting, and hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
