Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking IT Project Manager to support projects focused on SAP logistics interfaces and lab automation infrastructure within a pharmaceutical environment in China. The role combines interface delivery (SAP logistics) with IT infrastructure and security coordination for a new R&D / Lab Automation setup, requiring strong collaboration between local teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of SAP logistics interface projects (e.g., integration with warehouse, lab, or planning systems)
• Support implementation of lab automation infrastructure, including IT and security aspects
• Coordinate between local China teams and global IT / business stakeholders
• Oversee system integration, testing, and deployment activities
• Ensure alignment with IT security policies and infrastructure standards
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication across vendors, IT, and business teams

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Experience with SAP logistics (MM, WM, EWM, or SD) and system interfaces
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and security basics (networks, access, integration)
• Experience working with lab automation or R&D environments 
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical environments (GxP)
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment
