As Santen Philippines continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a People Solutions Specialist.
Based in Manila, the incumbent will ensure that employees and managers receive timely, accurate, and professional HR support, contributing to an excellent employee experience. This role is responsible for handling HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, promoting self-service tools, and maintaining compliance with local requirements. The People Solutions Specialist also supports process improvement initiatives and collaborates with regional colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
