Associate, Talent Acquisition (Campus Recruiter)

This role will partner closely with hiring managers. From attracting and identifying candidates to closing them, you’ll manage and execute the full recruitment life cycle while providing an excellent candidate experience as the first point of contact and face of Tower to potential employees.  You’ll develop proactive recruiting strategies for current and future business needs, including finding creative ways to directly source talent as well as partnering with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with hiring managers to build a comprehensive understanding of their needs and to lead multiple unique searches
• Clearly communicating to candidates and external recruiting partners Tower’s Employee Value Proposition
• Leveraging Tower’s applicant tracking system and other recruitment-related applications to source and maintain relationships with prospective candidates
• Managing campus recruiting activities, including liaising with universities, coordinating internships and placements, and act as the primary point of contact for interns/grads
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating travel for visiting candidates as needed
• Regularly liaising with other Tower recruiting team members globally to share best practice and ideas that may be leveraged in other locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in a recruiting role, ideally with at least 2 years in an internal recruiting role managing end-to-end recruitment
• Knowledge of HR recruiting systems (Greenhouse a plus) and HRIS (Workday a plus)
• Strong attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient, able to work independently, multi-task and work under conflicting deadlines
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, including employees, management, and senior stakeholders
• Experience sourcing and recruiting for technical positions across multiple locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, China and India preferred)
• Campus recruiting experience, with experience in China a plus
• Experience in managing company’s WeChat Service Account is a plus
