📍 Location: Work from anywhere in Virginia (Must be licensed in Virginia)
🕒 Schedule: Part-Time | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Weekend availability a plus!
Target Caseload: 15–22 sessions/week!
💰 Compensation:
$65 per billable hour – LCSW, LPC (fully licensed)
$45 per billable hour – LMSW, LPC-R (clinical supervision provided)

Whether you're supplementing a private practice, balancing family life, or looking for consistent evening hours, this role is designed with flexibility in mind.

Ideal for clinicians who prefer after-school hours when children and teens are most available.
Consistent referrals and steady caseload flow.
Free clinical supervision (for LMSW & LPC-R)
CEU reimbursement (up to $300 annually)
Optional opportunities to mentor or grow into leadership roles
Work alongside PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and supportive clinical leadership who value your time and expertise.
Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans
Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience serving children, teens, and families
Trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
