About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Front End Developer who takes ownership and drives product forward.
You’ll own features end-to-end from conception through launch, making strategic decisions on features; not just implementing specs.
You’ll work on AI-powered products using React, collaborate with backend engineers (Python, Django), and be expected to challenge assumptions, propose solutions, and own outcomes.
This is for someone who thrives with autonomy and wants to shape product direction.
Key Responsibilities
• Own product features end-to-end; understand the why, propose the how, drive execution
• Make technical and product decisions independently without requiring constant direction
• Design and build scalable UIs with React, Ant Design; write tests with Jest
• Integrate REST APIs, work with AI/agentic AI features, collaborate with backend team
• Manage deployments (Docker, CI/CD), drive code quality, mentor through example
• Identify and solve problems independently
Requirements
• 5+ years professional front-end development; track record of owning projects
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-driven development
• Experience with Jest testing and REST API integration
• SQL and relational database fundamentals; Python/Django familiarity
• Strong product mindset; self-directed with autonomy
• Excellent communication; strong fluent English (spoken and written)
