As an Implementation Consultant, member of the ADP Global Payroll Team, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to develop the solution blueprint and configuring system specifics to enable successful integration with GlobalView.
Analysis & Consultation:
- Implement client solutions using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the GlobalView solution;
- Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather and validate client requirements;
- Design and document client solutions, including business requirements and any program specifications, in accordance with ADP documentation standards.
Integration & Testing:
- Liaise with clients throughout the data mapping and conversion phases, providing support, including reconciliation activities;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP HCM, related developments, and market trends;
- Apply SAP Payroll configuration expertise to ensure accurate and efficient system configuration.
Project Planning/Management Activities:
- Collaborate with the ADP Project Manager and Line Manager, providing regular status updates and proactively highlighting risks or potential delays;
- Contribute to team capability building through knowledge sharing and on-the-job training;
- Ensure client blueprints, configuration workbooks, documentation, and training materials are accurate and kept up to date;
- Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Application Support, Project Management, Product Management) to ensure high-quality service delivery;
- Perform Quality Assurance reviews on client blueprints and system configurations;
- Work closely with Implementation Consultants and offshore/nearshore teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Payroll, SAP, or related domains such as HRIS, IT, or Finance
- Fluent in English
- Basic working knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken)

- Consulting mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into standardized ADP solutions while minimizing risk for both the client and ADP;
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively toward shared objectives and business outcomes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach to identifying root causes, evaluating impacts, and resolving issues;
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an asset;
- Payroll experience is a strong advantage.
