Audubon is currently seeking a Site Office Manager to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Office Manager manages the day-to-day management of the administrative, site activity, and trailer duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist site needs, from organizing materials list, receiving newly hired employees, providing a sound and fully stocked office
- Make sure printer machines are available for quick and easy use with ink.
- First to set up incoming onsite staff with appropriate assets, monitors, laptops or headsets.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and orientation training.
- Improve and maintain administrative processes, workflows, and filing of daily logs via any construction software.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including supplies, equipment, vendors, and filing systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and external partners.
- Be a part of all site communications and track onsite activities.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
- All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
- Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
- Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
- Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years' experience in the construction industry.
- Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project.
- Construction safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSE guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems.
- Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
- Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
- Proficiency in using computers, printers, copy machines, fax machines, and other office equipment.
