Audubon is currently seeking a Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper to join our team in our Off Site Office. The Site Coordinator – Clerk – Timekeeper manages the efficient flow tracking of manhours onsite, assist with onboarding efforts, and filing package data.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with timekeeping software to input onsite staff and field worker manhours.
- Be able to troubleshoot hours and adjust hours in proprietary timekeeping systems for incorrect hours of pay. Learn how to use different timesheets software
- Be meticulous in confirming when an employee has arrived and left the jobsite for the most accurate pay.
- Learn how to assign Per Diem to workers.
- Organize new craft requisitions to the correct disciplines onsite as well as provide PPE before heading out to field.
- Always maintain an organized tracking log of all workers onsite and have a log of manpower curve.
- Coordinate remaining and bouncing of craft requisitions for when the job has been completed.
- Have a comfortable understanding on spreadsheets and data management tools.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Responsibilities:
- All employees are responsible for supporting Audubon Companies’ Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. This includes:
- Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
- Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
- Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years' experience in the construction industry.
- Must be able to obtain site and Safety training certifications required for the project.
- Construction safety practices.
- Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or menu driven applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and general office systems.
- Occasionally moving, kneeling, crouching, and carrying weights 30 lbs.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Aptitude in math and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when required.
- Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train others on proper work and safety procedures.
- Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
