Hidden Ridge Resort is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping department. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards, team development, and operational excellence. As an employee-owned company, we value accountability, collaboration, and caring leadership. This role plays a key part in shaping both our guest experience and our workplace culture. What You’ll Do • Lead, coach, and develop the Housekeeping leadership and supervisor team • Foster a positive, respectful, and high-morale workplace through recognition, support, and clear expectations • Support a young and evolving workforce with an empathetic, hands-on leadership style Operational Excellence • Oversee all daily housekeeping operations for guestrooms and public spaces • Ensure company room standards are consistently implemented and audited • Plan, organize, and track deep-cleaning projects and preventative maintenance initiatives • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution • Control labour, supplies, and expenses to meet or exceed budget targets • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment at all times • Manage and update departmental health & safety programs, including WCB and WHMIS • Ensure all training documentation is current and complete What You Bring • Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role • Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills • The ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-quality environment • A genuine passion for guest service and team development Why Join Hidden Ridge Resort? • This is a leadership role with real influence on operations and culture • Supportive, collaborative leadership team • Opportunity to grow within a stable, employee-owned organization
