Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient & Daycare SettingsPart-Time | Cynergy Rehab Group

Cynergy Rehab Group is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time role serving both an outpatient clinic and daycare setting. This position offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to support children across multiple environments.

Your Role in Action

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional development

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide 1:1, play-based therapy sessions in both outpatient and daycare settings

• Address areas including sensory integration, self-care skills, handwriting, feeding, and motor coordination

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (PT, SLP, staff)

• Educate caregivers on home programs and carryover strategies

• Complete timely electronic documentation

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license

• Passion for working with children in a variety of settings

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
