Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and requirements related to innovation, including the definition and documentation of innovation processes and procedures, the adaptation of innovative models and methodologies, and the recommendation of best practices to support the cultivation of a culture geared.
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate areas within AD Ports Group where innovation can be applied to improve processes, products, or services.
• Develop, document and update innovation processes and procedures according to established frameworks or standards.
• Generate creative ideas and solutions to address company challenges and drive innovation.
• Act as a change agent to ensure that innovation initiatives have the necessary support and conditions to succeed within the organization.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to help stakeholders identify opportunities for innovation.
• Research and identify innovative solutions that align with business goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of pilot projects or Proof of Concepts to test the viability of innovative solutions.
• Lead and manage small workgroups or teams for specific innovation projects or activities.
• Analyse the potential commercial impact of emerging technologies and innovative solutions on the business.
• Communicate complex ideas and concepts to both staff and management to gain support and understand for innovation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
