We're looking for the next Branch Manager to lead the team at our Otautau store on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Your key focus will be:
Leading a high performing team, helping them achieve results and fostering a great culture.
Building a strong community environment within the store and strong relationships with our shareholders.
Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs plus seeking continuous improvement.
Managing budgets, P&L and financials.
Being a presence on the shop floor, serving customers and coaching team members.
Mōhou ake | About you
A proven track record of leading successful teams in a retail environment.
The ability to build solid client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Sound knowledge of rural products and services.
Experience coaching team members and training them on best practices.
Strong commercial business acumen and knowledge of financial ledgers.
Solid computer skills and enjoy working with up-to-date technology.
