We are on the lookout for a Customer Services Officer to be the vital frontline link between our community and CBay’s variety of awesome aquatic and fitness services!
If you're a people person, with a passion for recreation activities, you already have an advantage.

The way you mix quality service with professional and insightful help, along with your upbeat personality and excellent problem-solving skills, will be what makes you a fantastic Customer Services Officer.
This is a fixed-term role offering 9 hours per week. The standard working hours are Monday and Wednesday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm, with additional hours available by mutual agreement. The contract will run until 27 July 2026 to cover medical leave.
