Job Summary
This role focuses on managing inbound international enquiries as part of inside sales, handling end-to-end sales processes and procurement with overseas suppliers.
You will engage and convert incoming buyer enquiries into sales while ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & International Trading
Source, negotiate, and procure drones, batteries, and accessories from overseas suppliers at competitive pricing and terms
Manage the end-to-end sales process for outbound orders to international clients, including quotations, order confirmations, and shipment coordination
Maintain and develop relationships with overseas suppliers and buyers to ensure reliable supply and demand pipelines
Act as point of contact for international inbound enquiries, providing timely responses to commercial enquiries.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate documentation for cross-border transactions
Monitor inventory levels and market pricing trends for drone hardware and components to support informed purchasing decisions
Achieve monthly KPIs related to sales volume and international account growth
Work with the marketing team on industrial-focused campaigns, webinars, and trade events
Prepare weekly pipeline, procurement, and activity reports for the BD manager
Stay current on Aonic's industrial product suite, global drone market trends, and emerging use cases in drone-based industrial automation.
Business Development
Identify and prospect potential industrial clients across sectors such as oil & gas, energy, utilities, construction, and infrastructure
Qualify prospects and arrange discovery calls or on-site demonstrations with senior BD managers
Assist in developing tailored proposals and presentations for industrial use cases such as asset inspection, site surveying, security surveillance, and progress monitoring
Support market mapping efforts to identify whitespace opportunities within the industrial vertical
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, procurement, or international trading (fresh graduates are welcome)
Exposure to industrial sectors such as oil & gas, construction, utilities, or manufacturing is an advantage
Prior experience handling overseas suppliers or cross-border trade is a bonus
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (To deal with International Suppliers)
Comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and international counterparts
Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and ability to manage a sales and procurement pipeline independently
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline; familiar with or willing to learn CRM and procurement tools
Genuine interest in industrial automation, drone technology, and global trade
