DEPT - Americas TSR : Digital CRM Consultant (G6) Role : CRM Operations Specialist Location : Colombia, Bogota Bill rate : $50/hr CRM Operations Specialist (Email, Push & Automation) Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist to support the delivery of high-volume, high-impact CRM campaigns for a global, always-on program. This is a trainable operational role, ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and process discipline, with 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience preferred. You will be responsible for executing email, SMS, and push campaigns from briefing through deployment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and consistency across all outputs. Key Responsibilities ● Manage end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, push, and automation journeys ● Translate creative briefings (via Monday.com) into campaign builds using standardized processes ● Build and deploy campaigns using drag-and-drop editors across marketing automation platforms ● Set up audience segmentation using predefined logic and process documentation ● Execute A/B tests and support ongoing campaign optimization ● Conduct thorough QA using standard checklists to ensure error-free delivery ● Liaise with clients to gather approvals and confirm readiness for deployment ● Perform final 4-eye quality control checks prior to send-out Required Skills & Experience Marketing Knowledge ● Understanding of email, SMS, and push within a broader communication strategy ● Ability to apply UX-driven optimizations to CRM campaigns Core Skills ● Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset ● Ability to follow structured processes and documentation precisely ● Comfortable working with low-code / drag-and-drop tools Experience ● 2+ years of CRM / email marketing experience preferred (not required, but beneficial)
